Our Rose and Cream kit is the perfect place to start learning the basic principles of latch hooking through creating your very own simple, yet decorative tapestry. With this kit, you can follow our pretty design to make your own wall hanging that recreates the scene of blush pink flowers gently swaying within the sand dunes. Inside the Living Fibers canvas bag, you’ll find all the materials you need including; a set of instructions, one latch hook needle, a pattern, a selection of handspun natural wool and organic cotton yarn that is all hand-dyed in calming and pretty colors, including blush pink, and gentle tones of golden beige. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We ship out packages three times a week, usually within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from 10177, 125 St NW, Edmonton, AB.

We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:

HOLIDAY REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All regular priced items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase and will be eligible for exchange/store credit until January 15th, 2021.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

All sale items, earrings, under garments and seasonal home decor and accessories are final sale!

To return an online order, simply email us at shopharrow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Once the item is received and determined to be in good condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.

We are unable to refund any shipping fees that may occur for the original order and return.

We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
