The Aroma Relax Scented Bouquet invites you on a journey: the rounded shape of frosted glass reflects the finesse of the landscape, while its 6 willow twigs convey the natural elegance of its flora. The Oriental Comfort Home Fragrance tells the tale of lush vegetation. Tonka bean and vanilla provide warmth and a fruity sensation to your interior, while essential oils of patchouli and lignum vitae provide a moment of relaxation. The first, Pogostemon cablin, has neurotonic virtues, relaxing and balance-restoring properties. The second, Bulnesia sarmientoi, a sacred wood from South America, has stimulating and purifying qualities. Our scented bouquets are the result of know-how and the ongoing quest for quality. A system of cold perfuming by capillary action combines technical prowess and aestheticism: all Maison Berger Paris perfumes are developed by master perfumers from Grasse and are guaranteed colourant-free.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We ship out packages three times a week, usually within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from 10177, 125 St NW, Edmonton, AB.

We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:

WITHIN CANADA:

Official stance of the post office: 2 weeks or less In our experience: 1-10 days

Our product is pulled from our 124 Street shop in Edmonton. Please allow 24 hours to confirm status and condition of your purchase. We work hard to keep our inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified via email and given a refund immediately.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

We are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit on all regular priced merchandise until January 15 2023 with the exception of seasonal product, underwear, dresses and accessories/jewelry which are final sale.

Your item must be unworn and in the original purchase condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

All discounted and sale items are final sale.

IN STORE AND ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All regular priced items purchased in store within 15 days will be eligible for exchange/store credit. Sorry No refunds.

All regular priced items purchased online within 15 days will be eligible for exchange/store credit or refund.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

All sale items, jewelry, under garments and seasonal home decor and accessories are final sale!

ONLINE PURCHASES:

To return an online order, simply email us at shopharrow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Once the item is received and determined to be in good condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.

We are unable to refund any shipping fees that may occur for the original order and return.

We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
