Truly reflective of Root Candle’s world-renowned quality, our beeswax enhanced Dipped Taper candles are hand dipped continuously to create up to 35 individual layers of wax. The result is a satin-like finish with solid, consistently colored unscented wax throughout, creating a dinner candle that is both natural and elegant.
Our 9" Dipped Taper Dinner Candle has a 7/8" diameter base, to fit into any fine dinner candle holder. Root Candles' Dipped Tapers burn an impressive 1 hour per inch. Available in two lengths; 9" and 12".

We ship out packages three times a week, usually within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from 10177, 125 St NW, Edmonton, AB.
We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:

Our product is pulled from our 124 Street shop in Edmonton. Please allow 24 hours to confirm status and condition of your purchase. We work hard to keep our inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out you will be notified via email and given a refund immediately.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY
We are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit on all regular priced merchandise until January 15 2023 with the exception of seasonal product, underwear, dresses and accessories/jewelry which are final sale.
Your item must be unworn and in the original purchase condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
All discounted and sale items are final sale.
IN STORE AND ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
All regular priced items purchased in store within 15 days will be eligible for exchange/store credit. Sorry No refunds.
All regular priced items purchased online within 15 days will be eligible for exchange/store credit or refund.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
All sale items, jewelry, under garments and seasonal home decor and accessories are final sale!
To return an online order, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Once the item is received and determined to be in good condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.
We are unable to refund any shipping fees that may occur for the original order and return.
We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
