Versatile for both home décor and special occasion use, these artisan candles are sold as pairs, connected by a 100% natural fiber wick. Simply hang them from pegs for a traditional décor element or cut them in two and place them in candle holders for a subtle candlelit ambiance.

Truly reflective of Root Candle’s world-renowned quality, our beeswax enhanced Dipped Taper candles are hand dipped continuously to create up to 35 individual layers of wax. The result is a satin-like finish with solid, consistently colored unscented wax throughout, creating a dinner candle that is both natural and elegant.

Candle Care & Safety
Cut wick into two pieces, trimming to 1/4", before lighting. Always burn Dinner Candles in an appropriate holder, and on a protected, non-combustible, heat-resistant surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Avoid drafty areas, as this could result in dripping.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We ship out packages three times a week, usually within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from 10177, 125 St NW, Edmonton, AB.

We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:

In our experience: 1-10 days

HOLIDAY REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All regular priced items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase and will be eligible for exchange/store credit until January 15th, 2021.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

All sale items, earrings, under garments and seasonal home decor and accessories are final sale!

To return an online order, simply email us at shopharrow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Once the item is received and determined to be in good condition, a refund/exchange will be issued.

We are unable to refund any shipping fees that may occur for the original order and return.

We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item, please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
